Missy at Literal Mom invited me to her place to talk about what to do when a preschooler is genuinely scared at bedtime. I hope you’ll come over and join the conversation!

I have the same problem that literal mom has, the difference is that my girl is 8 years old, and she started with these fears about a month ago, it was aprox 2 weeks after we told her I was pregnant, she already has a 5 year old brother, I don´t know if this has something to do with her fears at bedtime, but this situation is driving me crazy.
Thelma, have you asked your daughter about her specific worries? Some of the ideas above might work, but she may have some more focused concerns that you could hold on to for her.
